This is a drop that has the mandrel going top to bottom, through the length of the bead. This is a very versitile shape and makes a great canvas for your artwork.
The smaller sizes are fabulous for earrings or to add to beaded necklaces and bracelets.
With the use of a Razor Tool they can be turned into leaves, as we did in our demo beads!
Raindrop Duo cavities measure:
- Small: 19mm tip to tip (3/4") x 12mm at the widest point x 7mm thick
- Medium: 25mm tip to tip (1"), 17mm at the widest point x 7mm thick
The press works best with 1/16th or 5/64th mandrel. If you work primarily with 3/32nd mandrels you can select that modification, which we will provide at no charge.
